There is so much external ‘noise’ out there telling us what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, how often we should be exercising, what the best exercises are, how long you should be doing them. I’m here to reconnect you to YOU! My Food Mantra

Eating certain foods or food groups should never be viewed as good or bad. Food shouldn’t hold moral value; all foods fuel us and give us energy. We should focus on consuming a mix of foods that help us feel our best while also tasting delicious. 

My Movement Mantra

Movement is also over complicated all too often. Just as there are no ‘good’ or ‘bad’ foods, there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ types of movement. It is all about discovering the forms of movement that resonate with us and incorporating them into our daily routines. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll, an energizing workout class, a session at the gym, or any other form of physical activity, all movement contributes positively to our overall wellness. All movement is good movement, and rest is always needed as well.
