As someone who struggled with an unhealthy relationship towards food and movement for years I know how it feels to have constant thoughts about food and exercise. It affects not only your physical well-being, but also your emotional and mental health. However, I’ve also experienced the profound sense of liberation that comes from breaking free of that mindset. It’s a transformation that goes beyond just physical changes; it’s about reclaiming a sense of balance and harmony in all aspects of life. My goal is to work with clients to enable them to stop obsessing over the foods they eat and the ways in which they exercise. By working together, I hope to help you create balance in your life and allow yourself to start truly living again.

My ‘Why’ to Becoming a Registered Dietitian
My goal in becoming a dietitian was to help simplify the often overcomplicated information surrounding nutrition. As an anti-diet, weight-inclusive dietitian, I work with clients to improve their relationship with food and movement by helping them learn what they enjoy eating, and how they enjoy moving their bodies. My goal is to allow clients to live a fuller life and be able to say YES to more of what brings them joy. I firmly believe that a positive and healthy relationship with food and exercise can have a significant impact on an individual’s overall well-being, both physically and mentally. Encouraging individuals to savor their meals, embrace joyful movement, and respect their bodies is at the core of my approach as a dietitian. My passion for helping others in their journey towards a balanced and nourishing lifestyle continues to be my why for choosing this career.
